Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be managed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options (also includes pick and pack time:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – FREE on orders over €200

Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the UK or Switzerland at this time. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@amsterdaze.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue ASAP.
