Returns Policy
At Amsterdaze, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you change your mind or receive a defective product, you have the right to return your order in line with EU consumer protection laws. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Defective Goods Upon Delivery
We take great care to ensure that all orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Here’s what to do:
- Notify Amsterdaze as soon as you discover the defect and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Include your original invoice and a completed return form (provided by our customer service team).
- Once our Returns Department has received and inspected the returned item, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Note: If your product was functioning when delivered but later developed a fault within the warranty period, please follow our Warranty Policy instead.
2. Changed Your Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions for a valid return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Vaporizers and accessories sold by Amsterdaze are considered hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, they cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected. For more information, see Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive: Read Article 16(e).
Return process:
- Notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
- You are responsible for sending the products back to our warehouse (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and covering the return shipping costs.
- Include a copy of the original invoice inside the return package.
Once we receive and verify that the items are in unused, sealed condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
