Neroli oil is a very precious oil extracted from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree. The strongly fragrant, small, white blossoms are harvested at dawn and immediately distilled. The essential oil is very precious because its production is very complex, and only 1 milliliter of neroli oil is produced from 1 kilogram of orange blossoms.
