Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the EU (except UK and Switzerland). Customers from Netherlands and Belgium are currently unable to purchase vaporizers online (as per Dutch law).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your country. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside.
Are your products legal in my country?
We encourage all customers to check the local regulations in their country before purchasing. Amsterdaze is not responsible for orders confiscated due to legal restrictions.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products unless faulty.
